ABOUT THE ROLE

Please note: This role is Fixed term until October 2026.
Part-time applicants are welcome, with a preferred start date of November 2025. A January 2026 start may also be considered.

  • Teach engaging and challenging Maths lessons that enable all pupils to make strong progress, while adapting approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Take responsibility for pupil achievement, behaviour, and wellbeing, ensuring the highest standards of conduct and safeguarding.
  • Use effective planning, assessment, and feedback to monitor progress, set ambitious targets, and support pupils in achieving their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider Avanti Schools Trust to foster positive relationships and contribute to the school community.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
