Science is a strong, cohesive department with a track record of successful outcomes at GCSE that are improving year on year. In 2024, our GCSE results in Combined Science were 77% grade 4 and above. Our results in Separate Science are also extremely high and our students regularly achieve around 90% 7+ in each subject. A level results in science are also something we are proud of – in 2024 our A level students achieved over 40% A*-A in Chemistry and Biology.
