Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Montessori Classroom Aide to join our dynamic educational team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the lead teacher to provide support in a nurturing and engaging environment, assisting in the daily operations of a Montessori classroom. This role involves supporting students’ individual learning, maintaining classroom order, and promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children aged 3-6. Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in preparing and maintaining Montessori materials and resources. Support students in their independent work and assist with individual or small group activities. Foster a respectful and collaborative learning environment.
