Highline High School is seeking a 10th Grade Literature and Composition Teacher to join our team of educators for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year! Please note that this is a Limited Term position, and is therefore Non-Continuing.

SUMMARY: Teachers help students learn skills and develop attitudes and appreciations which will lead them toward the fulfillment of the District’s goals of education.

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Current Washington State Teacher’s certificate with appropriate subject area endorsement(s).
  • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Criminal background clearance and all certificates, licenses, endorsements, permits, and vaccines (absent exemption) as required for this position by state and local authorities.
