Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Secondary School Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the curriculum and the needs of your students. You will foster a stimulating learning environment that promotes academic success, curiosity, and independent thinking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in your subject specialism.
  • Use a range of teaching and assessment strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
  • Track and report student progress, using data to inform your teaching.
  • Work collaboratively with heads of department, support staff, and SLT.
