JOIN THE FOUNDING TEAM OF A BRAND-NEW SEN SCHOOL – OPENING SEPTEMBER 2025!

  • Location: Rural Surrey (near Dorking)
  • Positions Available: Maths Teacher | English Teacher | Personal Development Lead
  • Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday - Term Time only
  • Salary - Paid to scale depending on experience and qualifications
Are you ready to make a real impact from day one? We’re looking for passionate, dedicated educators to join the founding team of a brand-new specialist school for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, opening in September 2025. Be part of something meaningful—shaping a nurturing, aspirational learning environment right from the very beginning.

CURRENT VACANCIES

  • Maths Teacher
  • English Teacher

We’re seeking qualified teachers who are confident delivering their subject up to GCSE level. SEN experience is desirable, but not essential—what matters most is compassion, creativity, and a student-centred approach. You’ll play a key role in building routines, curriculum, and culture alongside an experienced, supportive team.

  • Personal Development Lead (PSHE / Life Skills)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in PSHE, life skills, or personal development. QTS is not required—ideal for someone with a background in youth work, wellbeing, or SEND support. You’ll be helping young people build independence, resilience, and real-world skills.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance student outcomes and support youth work initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance, adhering to GCSE standards.
