We Offer  •    A supportive and welcoming staff team •    Staff Wellbeing - Free Employee Assistance Provider (EAP)  •    Opportunities for professional development  •    A dynamic and creative work environment  The Role  •    The Trust are looking to appoint permanent positions for May and September 2026, subject to a successful one year probationary period. •    Positions are at based at Summerdown School, in both Secondary and Primary provisions. •    The paid hours of work are 32.5 (full-time hours). •    The salary range is from £32,916 to £45,352 (Main Pay Scale) plus an SEN Allowance of £2,787 per annum. •    Candidates should be aware they may be required to work on any one of the Trust’s sites.  About You  The Southfield Trust is looking to appoint an excellent, self-motivated and inspirational class teacher who is committed to a pupil-centered approach to learning and who are dedicated to creating exciting, purposeful and challenging learning opportunities.  The successful candidates will be: •    A qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS status. •    Innovative, creative and passionate about what they do for each individual learner. •    Able to contribute towards developing the independence, communication and self regulation of each individual learner. •    Committed to working with parents / carers, and other professionals resulting in the best possible life outcomes and future opportunities. •    Collaborative in their approach towards supporting the wider work of the school and Trust.
