Teacher Training Coordinator (Entry-Level) Location: Corporate Office, Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry-Level / Junior Administrative About the Role We are looking for a high-energy, systems-oriented Teacher Training Coordinator to join our education team. This is a critical administrative role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves owning a process from start to finish. You will be the bridge between our sales funnel and our in-studio experience. Your primary mission is to manage a high volume of daily leads (100+), facilitate seamless enrollment into our Learning Management System (LMS), and ensure our studios and trainers have the real-time information they need to close sales and setup teacher training programs for success. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Sales Support ● High-Volume Processing: Efficiently sort and assign 100+ leads daily within our CRM. ● Workflow Automation: Ensure all prospective students are correctly placed into our Learning Management System and communication funnels. ● Hot Lead Coordination: Monitor incoming SMS replies and immediately alert local studios/franchisees of high-intent prospects via screenshots and direct messaging. ● Follow-up: Conduct daily check-ins with studio teams to ensure leads are being contacted within brand standards.   Student Administration & Systems ● LMS Ownership: Manage the student lifecycle within our Learning Management System, including daily uploads, section changes, and enrollment extensions. ● Agreement Audits: Pull and verify digital enrollment agreements daily to ensure compliance and financial accuracy. ● Reporting: Maintain the Teacher Training data sheet and update the corporate systems daily with participant data. Graduation & Communication ● Diploma Fulfillment: Generate and distribute diplomas for students who have successfully completed their training hours. ● Internal Communication: Serve as the point of contact for studio managers regarding student status and updates. What We’re Looking For ● An Efficiency Expert: You enjoy high-volume tasks and take pride in clearing your queue quickly and accurately. ● Technical Aptitude: You are comfortable learning new software (CRM and LMS platforms) and are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. ● Detail Obsessed: You notice the small things—a misspelled name, a missing signature, or an incorrectly filed document. ● Sense of Urgency: You understand that in sales and education, timing is everything. You respond to requests and process leads with speed. ● Professionalism: You can communicate clearly and effectively with both internal corporate teams and external studio owners. Qualifications ● Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in an administrative or operations role. ● Experience: 1–2 years of experience in high-volume data entry, sales coordination, or customer service operations. ● Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (vlookups, data sorting, and formatting). ● Systems Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms and Learning Management Systems is highly desirable. ● Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional email etiquette.
