Waldo Williams Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and flexible part-time teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality classroom teaching to cover leadership and ALNCo release time across the school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled teacher who enjoys working across different age groups and who is passionate about maintaining continuity and high standards in the absence of the class teacher.

• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary age range
• Ensuring strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional progress
• Working collaboratively with class teachers and support staff to ensure smooth handovers and consistency

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a good understanding of the Curriculum for Wales
• Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Has strong organisational skills and a flexible, proactive approach
• Is committed to inclusive practice and high expectations for all learners
