About the RoleWe are looking for passionate and dedicated Teachers and Teaching Assistants to join our team across our nurseries in Dubai.At Dibber, our educators are at the heart of the everyday moments that matter. You will help create a safe, warm, and engaging environment where children feel seen, supported and confident to explore the world around them.Working alongside a collaborative team of early years professionals, you will support children's learning and development through play, exploration, and meaningful everyday experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• TeachersA recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education, in line with KHDA requirements
• Previous experience in an early year’s setting is preferred
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A warm, positive, and collaborative approach
• A genuine passion for early childhood education

• Teaching AssistantsRelevant early childhood qualification in line with KHDA requirements is preferred
• Previous experience working with young children in an early year’s environment is an advantage
• A caring, patient, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development
