Responsibilities

Develop and deliver interactive lessons that introduce children to AI concepts, machine learning, and basic programming skills
Create engaging activities that incorporate math, computer skills, and problem-solving tailored to various age groups and learning styles
Support children with diverse needs, including those in special education programs, ensuring an inclusive classroom experience
Tutor students individually or in small groups to reinforce understanding of core topics such as coding, algorithms, and digital literacy
Utilize classroom experience and teaching techniques to manage group dynamics and maintain an energetic learning environment
Incorporate educational technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement
Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting lessons to meet evolving needs

Experience

Prior experience working with children in educational or tutoring settings is highly desirable
Strong background in math, computer science, or related fields with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible lessons
Proven classroom experience or experience teaching in a formal or informal setting
Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations for diverse learners is a plus
Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of educational software and digital tools for instruction
