Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the delivery of high-quality teaching support services, including the administration of results, assessments, examinations, academic misconduct processes, and sessional staffing - while advising on policy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Managing the administration and operational support of the Department’s PhD and Honours programmes, including onboarding, seminar coordination, student events, recruitment activities, financial support, and associated communications.
  • Driving business process improvements and strategic planning by analysing data, modelling scenarios, implementing enhanced workflows, supporting change initiatives, and mentoring team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
  • Cultivating effective working relationships across the Department, Faculty, and University, contributing to professional staff networks, updating digital content and communications, and supporting departmental leadership with high-level administrative and operational matters.
