Hellingly Community Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant 3 to join our team working across the whole school. You will need to be able to work well in a whole class or small group setting and will have the initiative to support children's learning journey. Are you able to:- • Undertake practical, supervisory and support work in order to assist teachers in delivering quality learning to pupils? • Engage individual pupils and small groups in identified learning programmes eg phonics, reading, spelling, handwriting/presentation, maths, social skills and behaviour? • Manage pupils in accordance with behaviour programmes? • Assist pupils with personal and medical care routines? Ideally applicants would hold the Teaching Assistant 3 qualification. The role will be from 8:45am to 3:15pm Monday to Friday including playtime break duties and MDSA duty, to start as soon as possible. This is a fixed term contract until 22nd July 2026.
