The Role
We are seeking two passionate, resilient, and proactive Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant Lower School team. These roles involve working closely with pupils who may present challenging behaviour or have complex medical needs. You’ll be part of a highly skilled, supportive staff community that puts children’s wellbeing and development at the heart of everything.

• Experience or strong interest in working with children with SEND
• Confidence in managing challenging behaviour or supporting medical needs
• Empathy, adaptability, and a team-first attitude
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare

Pay: £87.68-£92.12 per day

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• SEND: 1 year (required)
• special school: 1 year (preferred)
