We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a bright and engaging pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). About the Role:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD, helping him stay focused and engaged in learning
  • Work independently with the pupil in a separate room at times, using creative strategies to maintain attention and emotional regulation
  • Collaborate with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality support
  • Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour through patient and structured classroom routines
