JOB OVERVIEW:

Alif Ya Nursery in Dubai is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support classroom activities and help facilitate a nurturing learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience, possess a CACHE qualification, and be fluent in Arabic and English to communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

-NCFE CACHE Level 2 or 3 certification in Early Years Education .
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursery or early childhood environment.
-Fluent in Arabic & English – essential for effective communication.
-Passionate about early childhood development and education.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Ability to work closely with children in a supportive and caring manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Responsibilities

-Assist in delivering high-quality early years education, ensuring a stimulating and engaging environment.
-Support the lead teacher in planning and executing activities, including creative, sensory, and developmental exercises.

-Help maintain a safe and hygienic classroom, ensuring compliance with UAE nursery regulations.
-Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children’s progress.
- Ensure individual care and attention for children, supporting emotional and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with staff and administration to maintain smooth nursery operations.
- Engage in continuous professional development and attend relevant training sessions.
