If so, we may have the perfect Teaching Assistant opportunity for you!
We are working with 4 Enfield Primary Schools who are looking for x8 Teaching Assistants to join their friendly, supportive and hard-working existing team. All the Teaching Assistant roles are due to start in September 2025. You will work full time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm) at least until July 2026, a full academic years’ experience. Meaning you get to make a lasting impact on the children’s lives.
We want to hear from you if you understand that children need a constant and familiar face to support them in the classroom and we want to hear from you if you are passionate about making a difference. Each of these Enfield primary schools are community focussed, with a rich, diverse curriculum and a strong focus on staff and pupils’ welfare and mental wellbeing.
If you are an Aspiring Primary Teacher, each of these Enfield primary schools can offer salaried teacher training from September 2026! You will support children across key stages in the classroom and outside of the classroom running small group sessions (interventions). As well as supporting students with minor-moderate SEN (additional needs).

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE TEACHING ASSISTANT ROLE

  • Provide support to pupils across EYFS & KS1 & KS2
  • Work with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions
  • Assist with students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Speech and Language issues
  • Use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils
  • High quality and bespoke CPD (training) provided
