ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support children both academically and emotionally. You may be working with small groups or providing 1:1 support, helping pupils access the curriculum and feel confident in their learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assisting in the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
Supporting pupils in English, Maths, Science and other core subjects.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote positive routines.
Preparing learning materials and classroom resources.
Monitoring progress and feeding back to teaching staff.
Fostering a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Encouraging independence, confidence and emotional well-being.
