The students at West Riding Academy deserve the very best education and an ambitious, rich curriculum. All have communication and interaction needs, and many have other identified SEND. Some have missed a large part of their previous education for a variety of reasons. The students are at the heart of everything we do, and we strongly believe it is our responsibility to nurture their sense of belonging. About the Trust

Our Opportunity

We are seeking individuals with strong person-centred values and a proven ability to develop relationships with students and colleagues in order to support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences. This includes a key role in the delivery of targeted learning interventions and role modelling best practice as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This includes covering for absent teacher colleagues.
