Bede’s Trust requires a supportive and encouraging individual to join us as a Teaching Assistant at our Prep School to start in September 2025.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teaching and learning for the children in any designated year group, from Reception – Year 8. To ensure that every child is able to gain the most from and make their best contribution to their learning, and feels supported in the classroom.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has sound knowledge of Special Education Needs, to demonstrate excellent curriculum knowledge and set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge the pupils.
It is essential to hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Support Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
This is a Part Time, Term Time only on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, working Monday - Friday, 35 hours a week from 08:00 - 16:00, with an 1 hour unpaid break per day.
