THE ROLE

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with additional needs (including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties).
• Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment.
• Help implement personalised support plans and monitor progress.
• Encourage independence, social skills, and emotional wellbeing.
• Be a reliable role model who celebrates every achievement, no matter how small.
