As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll support incredible young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties, Sensory Impairments and Physical Disabilities. From building confidence and encouraging independence to celebrating milestones and breakthrough moments, you'll play a key part in helping students achieve more than they ever thought possible.Working closely with experienced teachers and a dedicated support team, you'll help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Whether you're providing one-to-one support, working with small groups, or helping students develop essential life skills, you'll see the difference your support makes every single day.The Role: SEND Teaching Assistant (Full Time)Mon-Fri – 8:30am-3:30pm

We're looking for someone with experience supporting children or young people with SEND, either professionally or personally. Experience from education, childcare, tutoring, sports coaching, youth work, care settings, or similar environments is highly valued.
