Job Description
Frankfurt International School in Wiesbaden is looking for an engaged, qualified and motivated Teaching Assistant (Elementary School Level) effective 1 September 2025, initially termed until 28 February 2026. This is a sick leave replacement.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE IS

• To provide support to the teacher
• To provide support to the students so they may achieve at their highest positive level

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties of the position will include, but will not be limited to those on the list which follows:

• Assist students requiring help in any curricular area
• Reinforce discipline within the classroom and school in general
• Duplicate materials according to agreed procedures
• Organize materials to be used for a lesson
• Organize and maintain supply cupboards
• Organize, collate, etc. report cards
• Put up/take down bulletin boards
• Supervise students as requested
• Attend grade level meetings as requested
• Accompany and assist, when requested, with field trips
• Substitute for an absent teacher as needed
• Comply with any other reasonable request made by the principal
