Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist students across different age groups in their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group interventions.
  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will offer personal care and support where necessary, ensuring all students feel safe, respected, and supported in their daily routines.
  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with the teaching team to assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, maintaining records, and helping to manage classroom behaviour in line with each student’s individual needs.
