✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous TA experience (preferred, but not essential)
• A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (we’ll refund the cost after 10 days of work)
• Patience, resilience, and a positive, proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible approach to different school environments and classroom needs
