Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant looking for a new role for September? We are working in partnership with a local primary school in Longbridge that want to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a full-time for the full academic year.
The school require a TA to support across Key Stage 2 and responsibilities will include whole class support, delivering small group interventions, 1:1 SEND support and supporting class teachers with behaviour management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE AS TEACHING ASSISTANT:

  • Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
  • Proven experience as a TA, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Learning Mentor, or Support Assistant in UK schools
  • Experience working in a Primary School setting
  • Commitment to promoting an inclusive classroom environment
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
