Working hours per week: 30 hours
Working weeks: part-time, term-time only, 39 weeks
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
Approximate start date 15/09/2025.

As a key support to our teachers and Headteacher, you’ll be on the front lines, implementing engaging learning programmes and ensuring a stable, safe, and positive environment for our pupils. Your days will be dynamic, from supervising activities during teaching periods to ensuring safety and engagement during indoor and outdoor midday breaks.
Where You’ll Shine: A crucial element of this role is providing specialised support. You’ll have the opportunity to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils facing learning difficulties, disabilities, or behavioural challenges, adapting your approach to unlock their unique potential and foster their personal growth.
