Come and join the growing Inclusion Team to enthuse and engage our students with our innovative curriculum. We are looking to expand our team and are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be willing to deliver ’Outdoor Learning’ style lessons aimed at students who require additional support with their social and communication skills. This role is crucial in helping our students engage with their peers and enhance their learning experiences in a supportive outdoor environment.
We promote inclusion of all students and recognise students’ entitlement to a broad and balanced curriculum whilst meeting their individual needs. We recognise that some students may require more support than others and we aim to plan accordingly.
