• Previous experience working with children is an asset
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Flexible availability on weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays

• Mark and record student work accurately and efficiently
• Provide positive reinforcement and motivate students to reach their goals
• Communicate with parents about student progress when needed
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized classroom environment
