ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the school community. You will:

• Provide in-class support to students with a variety of needs, including those with additional learning, emotional, or behavioural requirements.
• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support plans, ensuring every student can access the curriculum and engage fully in school life.
• Support students across all key stages, primarily within the classroom but also in small group or one-to-one settings where needed.
• Contribute to the development of a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom management and general administrative tasks to support teaching staff.
