Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Hays Education is working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Rugby that are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to gain further experience within primary education, we would love to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you may be required to:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
• Assist children with additional needs, including SEN.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support behaviour management and pupil engagement.
• Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of pupils.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth setting.
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's education.
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
