Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)

Heart of Supply is looking for calm, caring and committed Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a variety of schools in Louth and across Lincolnshire. You’ll play a key role in helping children thrive, both academically and emotionally. As a Teaching Assistant you will work closely with class teachers to support learning, manage behaviour, and provide individualised attention to pupils who need it most. Whether assisting in small groups or offering 1:1 support, your patience, adaptability, and positive attitude will make a real difference in the school day.
