30 HOURS – MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Combe Down Primary School are looking to recruit a High Needs Teaching Assistant to support 5 children in Reception with Transition funding. We are looking for a warm, caring individual who can offer an exceptional level of care and foster the children’s independence. Experience working with children who have had the following needs would be beneficial:

• Emotional Regulation
• Cognition and Learning
• Social Communication
• Speech and Language

We are looking for someone to motivate, support and encourage the pupils to fully access the curriculum and school life.

The successful applicants will need to:

• Have high expectations and excellent classroom practice
• Have a desire to improve their own practice further.
