• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND as a Teaching Assistant
• Work collaboratively with staff and contribute positively to the wider school community
• Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons as a Teaching Assistant
• Observe and assess children’s progress, offering meaningful feedback to both teachers and parents
• Continuously reflect on and improve your practice as a Teaching Assistant
