Hours of work: 22.50 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years’ continuous service)
(As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata)
Fixed term for: 1 year

Teaching Assistant/INA with MDSA duty
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant/INA to join our supportive and forward-thinking team at Maynards Green Community Primary School.
This is an entry-level role (TA1), ideal for someone starting their career in education. You will be based primarily in our Reception class, supporting children in their early stages of learning, with additional time each day supporting as an INA and supervising during lunchtime.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Patience and excellent organisational skills
  • A good standard of English and Maths
  • A positive, proactive approach to supporting children’s learning and well-being(Desirable) Experience working in an EYFS setting

Contract: Temporary

Hours:

  • 5 mornings per week (Reception Class support)
  • 1.5 hours daily as an Individual Needs Assistant (INA)1 hour daily Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA)
