• Strong Math and English aptitude
• Effective communication skills with both adults and children
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong multi-tasking and job prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• Previous Kumon assistant or student experience is preferred
