- About the RoleProviding 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with autism and SEMH
- Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom routines
- Supporting emotional regulation, communication, and social interaction
- Using positive behaviour strategies to promote engagement and wellbeing
- Helping create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
