Level 2 Teaching Assistant – L33 Liverpool📍 Location: L33 Area, Liverpool📅 Start Date: September⏰ Contract Type: Full Time

Milk Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the L33 area of Liverpool on a long-term, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide general classroom support across KS1, helping children develop their learning, confidence, and social skills. You will be joining a supportive and experienced team dedicated to creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

• Your Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general classroom support to the class teacher and KS1 pupils
• Support children's learning through group work, interventions, and focused 1:1 support
• Assist with the delivery of phonics, early reading, writing, and maths activities
• Encourage positive behaviour, inclusion, and emotional development
• Support pupils with their confidence, independence, and engagement
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Contribute to observation and assessment activities
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider school team

• Essential RequirementsRecent and relevant experience working in an educational setting
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, or equivalent)
• A passion for supporting KS1 pupils
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
• Ability to follow guidance from the class teacher and work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes for children
