About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and supportive Teacher’s Assistant to join our instructional team. This is a blended role, providing academic and administrative support to both in-person and online learners in a dynamic and student-centered environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in both instructional support and educational technology. Position: Part -Time (Depended on Class room Schedule - Monday to Friday) Wages: $25.00 p/hr to $27.00 p/hr depending on experience Key Responsibilities: Provide academic support to students during in-person labs, workshops, or tutorials. Assist students in navigating online learning platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams). Support instructors in monitoring class participation, attendance, and assignment submissions. Respond to student questions and direct them to appropriate resources or supports. Help set up and organize instructional materials both online and in the classroom. Assist in marking quizzes or assignments as directed by the instructor. Coordinate with faculty to identify students needing extra help and provide one-on-one or group support. Help facilitate smooth communication between students and instructors in both learning environments. Qualifications: Completion of a diploma/degree (preferably in Healthcare services) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with online tools such as Microsoft Teams & basic troubleshooting Experience working with adult learners or in an academic setting is an asset.
