Role: Teaching Assistant  Academy: Outwood Academy Adwick Start Date: 1 September 2026 Salary £17,936 - £18,598 (Actual Salary) Grade 3 Working Pattern: Working Pattern: 30.5 Hours Per Week (Monday-Friday) Term Time only + 3 days    Are you passionate about removing learning barriers and enabling every student to reach their potential? Join us as a Teaching Assistant, working directly with teachers to implement tailored learning activities and provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups. This varied role spans classroom support, intervention management (including for SEND and EAL students), and helping to develop individualized student support plans. The role of Teaching Assistant across our Academy is to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with statements of special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher. 30.5 hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3pm Term Time plus 3 days.
