This part-time, remote role offers an exciting opportunity to support an online Product Management program by providing academic guidance, real-world insights, and learner engagement. The TA will work closely with instructors to help students understand core concepts such as product strategy, user research, roadmapping, and agile frameworks, while also bringing industry examples to life. The role involves mentoring, moderating discussions, answering queries, and contributing to course content improvement. This position is ideal for experienced product managers who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of product leaders. With flexible hours, this role allows you to balance professional engagement with remote convenience. Accountabilities Conduct weekly doubt-solving sessions to clarify concepts in product strategy, user research, roadmapping, agile frameworks, and go-to-market planning. Share real-world use cases to illustrate course concepts effectively. Provide timely support to student queries through forums, live chat, or email. Collaborate with the academic team to research evolving PM practices, tools, frameworks, and case studies. Drive student participation and engagement through assignments, discussions, and personalized guidance. Collect and communicate learner feedback to instructors and curriculum designers for continuous improvement. 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management or closely related roles. Proficiency in PM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Aha!, Notion, and analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Google Analytics. Solid understanding of product lifecycle, market research, MVP development, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior teaching, mentoring, or TA experience is a plus. Familiarity with online education platforms or LMS tools is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for guiding aspiring product managers. Flexible, part-time remote work (6–8 hours per week). Competitive compensation of INR 8,000–10,000 per month.
