ROLE: TEACHING ASSISTANT
Location: WA14, Altrincham area
Hours: 8:30am - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Pay: £13.69 to £15.87 per hour
Contract: Full-time, long-term from September 2025
Reeson Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in the WA14 area from September. This full-time Teaching Assistant role will run throughout the academic year, with potential to continue into future terms or become permanent for the right person.
As a Teaching Assistant in this PRU, you’ll be supporting pupils aged 11 to 16 who face a range of challenges, including social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, behaviour difficulties, and past disengagement from mainstream education. This is a role for a resilient, patient, and committed Teaching Assistant who wants to make a real impact.
