ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside classroom teachers to support students in their learning and development. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing in-class support to individuals or small groups
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Supporting students with additional learning needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping students build confidence and develop key skills
• Liaising with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents where appropriate
