Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Pay: £90 - £95 per day
Working Hours: 8:30 – 15:30, Monday – Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Supply Room are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to support secondary school students in the Bristol area. As a Teaching Assistant, your role will involve providing direct support to teachers and working with students both in small groups and 1:1. You will also have the opportunity to work with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, providing support inside and outside the classroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the teacher in delivering lessons to students.
• Work with students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support their learning.
• Provide additional support for students with SEN or SEMH, both in and outside of the classroom.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
