REQUIREMENTS

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
- Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
- A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Source Supply are looking to appoint a level 3 teaching assistant to work in a primary school in the Chesterfield area. You will be working full time 5 days a week, as a full class mainstream teaching assistant in Reception / Year 1 class, supporting the class teacher to deliver the planned lessons. There will be an element of group work involved in this role.
