The Supply Room is seeking a Teaching Assistant/Sports Coach to join our team in a local primary, secondary, or specialist school!
This full-time position offers a fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment for well-suited candidates.
Join us on this rewarding journey starting immediately with working hours of Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm.
As a Teaching Assistant/Sports Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with students between the ages of 4 – 11 years, 11 – 16 years or 3 – 19 years, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in UK classrooms.
Your responsibilities may include providing one-on-one support, assisting with individualized education plans, implementing sensory interventions, and promoting inclusion and accessibility in the learning environment.
This position is ideal for support or care workers, tutors, sports coaches, psychology graduates, or anyone with a passion for helping individuals with additional needs.
Candidates with previous experience or qualifications in childcare, education, or sports coaching are encouraged to apply.
Punctuality, reliability, and a genuine desire to work in the education sector on a long-term basis are essential.
The pay rate for this position is between £85 and £90 per day.
