Role: Level 2 Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant for All Saints Babbacombe CofE Primary School in Torquay, you will work under the guidance of teaching staff with an agreed system of supervision, to implement work/care/support programmes in or out of the classroom to enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teachers in the management of pupils.
All saints Babbacombe Primary School is led by Mr Pugsley, headteacher where children are encouraged and given opportunities to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. The staff at All saints Babbacombe CofE Primary School go above and beyond for the children and families and strive to attain the very highest standards in their academic learning, whilst encouraging their pupils to become aspirational, responsible, creative and spiritual citizens.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a calm and patient demeanour, who is committed to helping young people achieve their full potential. You will have had previous experience in working with children in a similar setting and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike.
