About the Role
As a supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
✅ Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2, or secondary phases (depending on your experience and preference)
✅ Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
✅ Provide 1:1 or small group support to help pupils reach their potential
✅ Help with classroom routines, behaviour management, and resource preparation
✅ Adapt quickly to new settings and build positive relationships with pupils and staff

About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
✨ Experience working with children or young people in a school or childcare setting
✨ A flexible, reliable, and positive attitude
✨ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✨ A genuine enthusiasm for helping young learners succeed
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential — we welcome experienced TAs, nursery assistants, learning mentors, or candidates with relevant childcare backgrounds.
