Salary: Scale 3 Approx. pro rata salary - £10,601.94 - £10,770.02
Hours of Post: Part Time - 18.15hrs/week (3 days- 8.30am 3.30pm)
Contract Type: Term time - Fixed Term - Until 31/08/2025

The children, staff and Governing Body at Prospect Vale Primary School are looking for a fun-loving, dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to support them on their creative learning journey. Collectively, we are seeking an inspirational individual with a passion for education and achievement. The successful candidate will be:

• An exemplary teaching assistant with a recent proven record of supporting and tracking progress. This will involve both SEN and gifted and talented pupils.
• Aware of interventions to support children in acquiring new knowledge and skills. Evidence of effectiveness would be desirable.
• Have the ability to manage behavioural challenges and promote positivity.
• Able to work in partnership, leading and communicating effectively with children, parents and staff.
• Have a proven track record of working hard and injecting the curriculum with their personality. We are seeking a proactive, creative soul.
• Have the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with colleagues, adding a fresh dimension to a talented team.
