Bramford CEVC Primary School Address: Ipswich, Suffolk IP8 4AH Salary: £24,414 per annum (pro rata), Grade 2, Scale Point 2 Hours: 17.33 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, Term time only Contract: Fixed Term Contract initially until 31 August 2026 due to funding, with a view to becoming permanent Reference: 7955 We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work with and support the learning of pupils, including some individual pupil support. The role will be mainly in Early Years but you might be required to work with other age group in the future. We are joined in a hard federation with Somersham Primary School. For this job, you will need to be: reliable and flexible calm and patient committed to helping children to aspire and achieve their potential in possession of a positive attitude and great communication skills able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents on a daily basis able to show good initiative in possession of good levels of literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent) Experience of working within a school and knowledge and experience of the Early Years is desirable but not essential. Flexibility to work with children in different age groups depending on the changing needs of the school would also be desirable.
